Build a list.. Noisy books!

Build a list..
Calling all Children’s Services Librarians, book sellers, teachers, parents and anyone familiar with leading circle time, storytelling on a reading rug or who has ever been a child..
HungarianLibrarian is building a page to serve as a dynamic, ever-growing list of themed picture books. What do children in your life like to hear read aloud? What are your favorite books to read? If successful (you know you want to play with me) HungarianLibrarian will aggregate themed lists from Build a list.. once a week and build an archive called BookLook. You can use BookLook as you personal resource for planning your next themed storytime.  Eventually, HL would like to see this resource expand to pages for Picture Books, Favorite Fables, Fairytales, From the Spinner Rack, Middle School Lit, Fantasy Fiction, Reader’s Advisory and more!

Last week our theme was: dogs.  Thanks to all who participated.  As soon as we gather a few more themes, the first Book Look page will appear. Today’s theme is…NOISY BOOKS.  Do you have a favorite book that deliveres a cacophony of sounds that amazes a little listener?  Please share your picture book suggestions in Comments.  Here are a couple to get you started..

Theme: Noisy Books

Good-night Owl!

As always, thanks for your participation!
